Your tools don't talk to each other. DTC Prism connects them, explains why your profit is quietly leaking, and tells you exactly what to do — before it hits your P&L.

01

Your tools disagree

Shopify, ad platforms, returns, and support tickets each tell a different story — and the truth only shows up when you read them together.

02

ROAS lies about profit

Ad platforms count revenue, not what's left after returns and costs — so you scale things that are quietly losing money.

03

We catch it while you can still act

Most leaks surface in your P&L weeks too late. We flag them while there's still time to fix it.

What it does

Connect the stack. Read the leak. Take one action.

DTC Prism turns messy operating data into concise founder alerts.

Every alert ends with one specific action — not another dashboard to interpret.

1

Connect your tools

Shopify, ad platforms, returns, and support tickets come together

2

Join what no single tool can

We connect your ad spend to your returns, and your support complaints to your sales. The cross-platform picture Shopify and your dashboards can't give you.

3

Catch the leak early

A rise in sizing complaints that predicts a return spike days before it hits your books, or a channel whose true post-return ROAS is far below what the ad platform claims.

4

Send the action

What to do about it, in plain English, ranked by impact.

Example

"Complaints on the new denim are spiking — returns usually hit in ~10 days. Hold the restock and review fit now."

Example

"Caught today: a sold-out SKU is still burning ad spend. Pause it and shift to your in-stock winners."

Example

"Your TikTok line's true post-return ROAS is 1.4×, not the 3.1× reported. Cut it before you scale."

DTC Prism is built by Anupam Joshi. For 19+ years he led analytics and data science at Adobe, Flipkart (a Walmart company), and Sony — building the data-quality and alerting systems, and the causal models, that explain why numbers move, not just that they did.

"I built DTC Prism because most tools — and most AI — ask you to just trust the output. This one shows its working. Every alert comes with the numbers behind it, so you never have to take it on faith. That's the standard I'd want if I were running one of these brands myself."
